Gabs Eats Shipping (Delivery) Policy

At Gabs Eats, we don’t “ship” your food—we deliver it fast, fresh, and straight to your door! 🚀 Here’s how it works:


1. Where We Deliver

We currently deliver within Gaborone, Botswana, covering all major neighborhoods. If you're unsure whether we deliver to your area, check the app or contact us.


2. Delivery Times

  • Standard Delivery: 30–60 minutes (subject to restaurant prep time and traffic).
  • Peak Hours & Weather Delays: Sometimes, orders may take longer due to traffic, rain, or unexpected slow chefs.
  • Real-Time Tracking: You can track your order live in the app.

3. Delivery Fees

  • Delivery fees depend on distance and restaurant location.
  • The fee will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
  • No hidden fees—what you see is what you pay.

4. Contactless & Secure Delivery

  • Prefer contactless delivery? Just choose the option at checkout, and we’ll drop your food at the door.
  • If you’re not home, the driver will call you. If we can’t reach you, the order may be left at a safe spot or returned (no refund).

5. Delivery Issues

We do our best, but sometimes things go wrong. If your order is:

  • Late – Give us a little time; if it’s excessive, contact support.
  • Wrong or Missing Items – Let us know within 30 minutes of delivery.
  • Damaged – Send us photos, and we’ll sort it out.
