At Gabs Eats, we want you to enjoy every meal, but we know that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Here’s how refunds work:


1. When You Can Get a Refund

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • Wrong Order – You received something completely different from what you ordered.
  • Missing Items – Part of your order is missing.
  • Severely Damaged Food – Your meal looks like it lost a fight on the way to you.
  • Undelivered Order – If your food never arrives and the driver cannot be reached.

2. When You Can’t Get a Refund

We do not issue refunds for:

  • “I don’t like the taste” – We didn’t cook it, remember?
  • Late Deliveries – Traffic, weather, and reality sometimes get in the way.
  • Change of Mind – Once an order is placed, it's final.
  • Incorrect Delivery Address – If you enter the wrong address, that’s on you.

3. How to Request a Refund
