1. When You Can Get a Refund
You may be eligible for a refund if:
- Wrong Order – You received something completely different from what you ordered.
- Missing Items – Part of your order is missing.
- Severely Damaged Food – Your meal looks like it lost a fight on the way to you.
- Undelivered Order – If your food never arrives and the driver cannot be reached.
2. When You Can’t Get a Refund
We do not issue refunds for:
- “I don’t like the taste” – We didn’t cook it, remember?
- Late Deliveries – Traffic, weather, and reality sometimes get in the way.
- Change of Mind – Once an order is placed, it's final.
- Incorrect Delivery Address – If you enter the wrong address, that’s on you.
3. How to Request a Refund
