Gabs Eats Cancellation Policy

At Gabs Eats, we move fast—just like our delivery bikes! Once an order is placed, restaurants and drivers get to work immediately. Here’s what you need to know about cancellations:


1. Can You Cancel an Order?

Yes, but only if:

  • The restaurant hasn’t started preparing your order.
  • The driver hasn’t picked it up yet.

Once food is cooking or on the move, cancellations are no longer possible (because we can’t un-cook or un-deliver food!).


2. How to Cancel

  • Go to the Gabs Eats app and check your order status.
  • If cancellation is still available, select "Cancel Order" and follow the prompts.
  • If you don’t see the option, it’s too late—your food is already being prepared or on its way.

3. Refunds for Cancellations

  • Cancelled Before Preparation? Full refund to your original payment method.
  • Cancelled After Preparation? No refund (the restaurant has already spent time and ingredients).
  • Cancelled After Pickup? No refund (your food is already on the road).

4. What If We Cancel Your Order?

Sometimes, we may need to cancel an order due to:

  • Restaurant closures or unavailability.
  • Technical issues.
  • Driver unavailability.

In these cases, you’ll receive a full refund or app credit—your choice!
